Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at rpilver@me.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
